Latasha was introduced to the INROADS program by her college advisor, Michael Haywood, who prepared her for the INROADS entry process. Councilman Derek Green

Growing up in Bensalem, PA, Councilman At-Large Derek Green lived a well-rounded childhood. He was a scholar athlete and captain of both his soccer and track teams. As an adolescent, Derek pictured himself as a future lawyer who, from an early age, had interest in politics. Charelle Lans’ career is impressive. Christie Lindor

Christie became a part of the INROADS family her sophomore year of college. That summer, she was sponsored by Shawmut Bank, now known as Citizens Bank. Lateefa Reid-Ayers

A go-getter, actress, athlete and musician, Lateefa Reid-Ayers stayed involved throughout her time in high school. “[High school] was an amazing experience,” she said. Victor “Alex” Villanueva

Victor “Alex” Villanueva lived in Chicago for 10 years of his life and never had a lot of opportunity there. When he moved from Chicago to Atlanta, times were not always easy. In high school, he faced a near death experience of a hereditary blood clot, which changed his view on life altogether. “I was not supposed to make it out of that situation, but for that I am ever grateful for my Lord and Savior for giving me the opportunity to make a difference in this world,” said Alex. Aaron P. Woods

Aaron Woods’ life has been interlaced with INROADS starting from a very young age. His father worked at INROADS as Managing Director for the Southeast Region. On countless occasions, he would join his dad at the INROADS Jacksonville offices, or travel with him for business meetings and events.
