The INROADS Hybrid Founder’s Day Benefit Gala recognizes visionaries, leaders, INROADS alumni as well as corporate and community partners who have mirrored the legacy of the mission and are making an impact in the community. This event will bring together corporate and community leaders, distinguished alumni, celebrities, dignitaries, and civic leaders. All proceeds directly support over 6,000 underrepresented, hardworking diverse high school and college students to receive leadership training, coaching, mentoring, and career readiness.

All employees and external guests must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, as defined by the CDC (i.e., at least two weeks since receiving the Johnson & Johnson shot or the second Moderna or Pfizer shot). Based on the most recent CDC guidance, wearing a mask at Chamber events is optional.
