Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) are a source of accomplishment and pride for the Black community and higher education. They are a key source of high-quality, diverse talent for employer organizations. NACE’s HBCU Summit brings together leaders from HBCUs, talent acquisition, and partner organizations—NACE (About Us) and INROADS (About Us)—to share employer relations and recruiting strategies and insights that will lead to robust, sustainable, and scalable partnerships among HBCUs and employer organizations committed to diversity.

PARTNERS WITH PURPOSE

The HBCU Summit is convened through a partnership between NACE and INROADS. Core to our purpose: to support HBCU students’ career readiness and equitable access to career opportunities that prepare them for rich intellectual lives, competitive and fulfilling careers, engaged citizenship, and service to our nation. By bringing together HBCU and employer organizations, the HBCU Summit facilitates connections between talent source and talent acquisition based on a mutual understanding of and appreciation for expectations, needs, and goals.
