Recognized as a trusted commercial real estate advisor in Atlanta, Georgia, Joseph Harland has led a very successful 20+ year career in the financial and real estate sectors. His unique approach to the investment sales process in real estate has directly involved him in sale and lease transactions valued in excess of $200 million.
Joseph holds an MBA in Finance from Clark Atlanta University and is the founding President, Principal, and Qualifying Broker for À la Carte Investments, LLC., an Atlanta-based private equity, investment, and commercial real estate advisory firm. His investment firm is also a Certified Minority Business Enterprise. Joseph’s prior experience includes working as an Investment Sales Broker with Ackerman & Co., where he specialized in the acquisition, disposition, and sale-leaseback of commercial investment properties, as well as working as an Associate Broker at Coldwell Banker Commercial Metro Brokers.
