Director of IT Systems & Data Analytics
Brion began his career as a software engineer for Hughes Aircraft where he developed business applications. The next phase of his career was launched with IBM where he earned his first U.S. patent. Many patents later, IBM presented him with a “Master Inventors” award. He then continued working with customers in the National Language Support (NLS) area developing and supporting mainframe office applications for 17 different countries before moving to IBM’s consultant arm.
Serving as an IBM Sr. Consulting Manager with Fortune 100 companies, he successfully managed several, large IT environments such as Walmart, Fidelity and Toyota to much smaller environments like Health Management Systems and National Lloyds. He has a breadth of experience in areas such as mainframe, distributed, DevOps, operations, program management and e-commerce. Currently, he is working through PricewaterhouseCoopers managing a large OT cybersecurity program for PepsiCo.
Brion is a proud graduate of Grambling State University where he majored in Electronic Engineering with a minor in Computer Science. He then attended the University of Dallas where he received his MBA with a focus in Information Security.
Brion is a fitness enthusiast, regularly bikes, goes camping and competes in regional bodybuilding competitions. He enjoys flying planes and is pursuing his pilot’s license.
