Nadia Villeneuve is vice president, Human Resources, at Pratt & Whitney, a unit of United Technologies Corporation. Pratt & Whitney is a world leader in the design, manufacture and service of aircraft engines, auxiliary power units and industrial power systems.
Nadia is responsible for all of Pratt & Whitney’s human resources activities including talent, recruitment and development, employee and labor relations, compensation, benefits, diversity and inclusion and engagement, covering the company’s global workforce of approximately 32,000 employees. She also contributes to efforts of UTC Propulsion & Aerospace Systems to leverage talent and reduce cost across Pratt & Whitney and United Technologies Aerospace Systems.
Nadia began her United Technologies career in 2000 at Pratt & Whitney Canada. She held a number of positions of increasing responsibility throughout Pratt & Whitney, both in Canada and the United States, including human resources director for the Commercial Engines organization and human resources director for the Engineering organization. In 2010, she moved to Shanghai, China as director, Human Resources – Asia for UTC Fire & Security and was later named vice president, Human Resources – Asia, where she had particular focus on key, fast-growth markets in China and India. She then served as vice president, Human Resources – Asia for UTC Climate, Controls & Security Systems.
Nadia holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Université du Québec a Montréal and a master’s degree in Management/Human Resources from l’École des Hautes Etudes Commerciales, Université de Montréal.
