INROADS Elects New Chairman of National Board of Directors

P&G’s Barron Witherspoon brings global leadership experience to directorship

ST. LOUIS, MO, November 3, 2016— INROADS, Inc., a non-profit focused on development and career preparation for talented, underserved youth, is pleased to announce the appointment of Barron M. Witherspoon, Sr., Vice President of Corporate Industry Affairs for The Procter & Gamble Company to chairman of the National Board of Directors.

Since joining the INROADS Board of Directors in 2009, Mr. Witherspoon has served as Vice-chairman of he Board and chairman of the Development Committee. “As a member of the development committee for more than two years, Barron knows the importance of ensuring the necessary support for program innovation,” said Forest Harper, INROADS President and CEO. “I look forward to him bringing that insight – along with his expertise in customer relations and organizational leadership — to this new leadership role.”
