WOMEN'S HISTORY MONTH IMPACT EVENT

During Women’s History Month, INROADS hosted the third segment of its Impact Series on March 18, 2022: And Still We Rise: Women Making It Work in the Workplace.

The INROADS Impact Series brings thought leaders together to discuss and create solutions for a more equitable and inclusive work environment.

Women in the workplace experience underrepresentation, pay gaps, bias, and discrimination - and women of color even more significantly. Additionally, fatigue and burn-out exacerbated by the Covid-19 pandemic called on women to face more than ever during the past two years. And yet, women continue to rise.

Our panelists discussed their personal experiences and challenges encountered during their own growth journeys in corporate America.  They gave guidance and practical tips on how women can achieve their career aspirations and support each other while doing so. They also discussed how allies can create positive change for equity in the workplace.
