Let’s Talk About Mental Health (Holiday Edition)

While Mental Health Awareness Month is generally observed in May of
each year, many struggle with holding things together throughout the
year – particularly during the holidays. It’s okay to feel a little down or to
downright struggle with loss, high expectations or loneliness during this
time of year. Let’s talk through it and help you find your center of well-
being during this season of multiple celebrations and observances. It’s
okay to not be okay – as long as we’re building a path to getting there.
