Simmons is Executive VP and Executive Director of Talent and Culture Partners at BBVA Compass. She has over 25 years of experience in human resources (HR) and is a former INROADS director, making her an “INROADer” to help further the mission.

“We welcome Reba back to INROADS to be a part of our National Board and are truly excited to have her,” said Forest T. “I’m proud to contribute to and be a part of two organizations that value diversity and inclusion in the workplace,” said Simmons. “My appointment to INROADS’ board of directors reflects my commitment to fostering opportunities for talented students of all backgrounds to be leaders at industry leading companies that strive for equal representation, such as BBVA Compass.”
