The INROADS Benefit Gala recognizes the visionary work and impact of INROADS alumni, community leaders, and corporate partners who live out the dream of INROADS founder Frank C. Carr to achieve opportunity for all. During the Benefit Gala, we honor change agents doing breakthrough work to create a more equitable world The black-tie event brings together distinguished alumni, civic and corporate leaders, dignitaries, and celebrities in support of the INROADS mission. All proceeds directly support over 6,000 underrepresented high school and college students through transformative leadership training, mentoring and career readiness programs.
