INROADS and Clark Atlanta University have partnered to create a corporate and community leadership training program called the Clark Atlanta University Corporate Development Initiative. The objective of this initiative is to build the requisite skills and qualifications of CAU 1st, 2nd, and 3rd year students so that they are competitive for successful internships and full-time positions. CLARK ATLANTA UNIVERSITY TAPS INROADS TO GIVE THEIR STUDENTS A CAREER AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT ADVANTAGE


The partners launch the Corporate Development Initiative for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-year students.

ATLANTA, GA, May 7, 2021 — INROADS, Inc. — a global solutions provider for addressing community disparities and talent pipeline issue challenges — partners with Clark Atlanta University (CAU) to take their student career development to the next level.

The two storied organizations launch the Corporate Development Initiative to give 1st, 2nd, and 3rd- year students intense exposure to the skills and qualifications needed to have successful corporate career experiences. The program is envisioned as a pre-internship component to INROADS’ award- winning student leadership program.

Founded in 1970, INROADS has been a pioneer in the development of student talent for corporate careers.
