The INROADS CPS is a mandatory training workshop required for all qualified candidates. The CPS is designed to enhance your corporate readiness and provide you with an understanding of INROADS and our corporate partners expectations. Candidates receive a complete overview of the INROADS process followed by a discussion on Impression Management, Résumé Development and Interview Preparedness. IN-PERSON CPS WORKSHOPS CAN TAKE UP TO 2.5 – 4 HOURS DEPENDING ON THE AMOUNT OF ATTENDEES.
This registration site is intended ONLY for candidates who have NOT already completed the INROADS Candidate Prep Session Workshop. DO NOT register for a CPS if you have already completed the training either in-person or through a webinar teleconference.
CPS Attire: Business professional attire is required. Women: Conservative business skirt or pant suit in a dark color, solid color blouse (white, cream or pastel), conservative hosiery, medium heeled dark polished dress pumps and simple conservative jewelry. Men: Black, Navy Blue, Dark Gray or Tan suit, white or pinstriped dress shirt, solid color tie and polished shoes.
Bring: Two copies of your résumé, notepad for notes and unofficial transcript if you have not already submitted it. Your résumé will not be forwarded to any of our corporate partners if we do not have a copy of your transcript on file.
INROADS will not pay or reimburse for travel to a CPS. Please select a CPS that is convenient for you to travel to on your own.
Effective immediately, INROADS candidates are required to register for candidate prep sessions through their internship application homepage.

If you are unable to find an in-person Candidate Prep Session Workshop available in your nearest region above, please register for one of our 2-hour teleconference webinar options.
Failure to complete the Candidate Prep Session Workshop within 60 Days of your application submission will result in your application being moved into INACTIVE status; preventing INROADS Managers from considering you for summer internship opportunities.
