Janet Golden is the Sr. Human Resource Manager for INROADS, Inc. bringing over 15 years of experience in diverse and high-level Human Resources knowledge to the organization.  Janet oversees all HR needs for INROADS, including, but not limited to, strategic planning, recruiting, employee relations, benefits, compensation, diversity, and inclusion, as well as organizational development.

Prior to joining INROADS, Janet served over 10 years in various HR roles within international metals manufacturing, long-term care, and a national fundraising organization.

Janet resides in Birmingham, AL, where she attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham. While there, she earned her B.S. in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management.
