Introducing Andrea Johnson-Lee!

Andrea Johnson-Lee is the Midwest Regional Director of INROADS serving St. Louis, Kansas City, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Iowa and Omaha.  Mrs. Johnson-Lee joined INROADS May 2016, after more than 20 years of extensive operations, planning and supervisory experience as an executive in the healthcare industry.  She has valuable strategic planning, executive coaching and change management experience.  Her skillset makes her uniquely suited to lead one of INROADS most established Region at one of the most pivotal times for diversity worldwide.

Mrs. Johnson-Lee manages a team responsible for a range of functional areas including; business development, operations, recruiting, client services, student coaching, curriculum development, special events and training programs.  In addition, she is responsible for strategic planning/execution and fund development.

Her civic activities include leadership roles in the Gateway Chapter of the Links, Inc., Carrousels St. Louis, Inc., United Negro College Fund, and the boards of CORO Midwestern Leadership Program, St. Louis Regional Health Commission, National Association of Health Care Executives, and Mid-County Partners for Progress.  She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

Mrs. Johnson-Lee earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Women’s Studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and Master’s degree in Health Administration and Human Resource Management from Washington University, St. Louis.  She is an Alumni of FOCUS St. Louis Leadership Program and she was awarded the Mel Carnahan Scholarship.  Mrs. Johnson-Lee also was the recipient of the Women Legislators of Missouri 8th Annual DeVerne Lee Calloway Award.
