Crystal Peck is Vice President of Human Resources for the Aerojet Rocketdyne segment of L3Harris Technologies.
In this role, Peck is responsible for building a strong performance culture and attracting, developing, and
retaining key talent so the segment can exceed customer commitments. She also oversees employee and labor relations, internal communications, and drives continuous improvement across all HR processes.
Previously, Peck served as Senior Director, HR Center of Excellence, L3Harris Space and Airborne Systems (SAS) segment, where she led total rewards, talent management, learning & development, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), workforce analytics and internal communications.
Peck has held HR roles of increasing responsibility since joining L3Harris in 2018, including Senior Director of HR for SAS engineering, Director of HR for Space Systems South and Spectral Solutions, and Director of HR supporting engineering, operations, and core functions for the former Electronic Systems segment.
Peck’s prior experience includes HR leadership roles of increasing responsibility at United Technologies Corporation, Alexion Pharmaceuticals and Sikorsky Aircraft.
Peck is an INROADS alum who credits the organization for steering her into Human Resources and supporting her overall success.
Peck holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with an industrial/organizational concentration from Quinnipiac University and a Master of Labor Relations from the University of New Haven. She also holds a graduate certificate in Human Resource Management.
