Kevin L. Henderson is the Vice President of DEI – Development, Retention & Advancement for UnitedHealth Group. He is responsible for integrating DE&I strategies into our core talent processes, including recruiting, development, retention, and advancement of talent while partnering closely with the Talent Offices and Chief Human Capital Officers.
Prior to joining UnitedHealth Group, Kevin held multiple human capital leadership roles, most recently as Senior Director of Global Compensation with Eli Lilly and Company and has 14 years of experience in human capital strategy and business partnership, talent management, DEI, total rewards, corporate accounting, and internal audit. Kevin has extensive international experience and served as the Chief Human Capital Officer for Lilly Australia, New Zealand & the North Asia Pacific Hub.
Kevin holds a B.S. from DePaul University (Chicago, IL) and an MBA from Duke University (Raleigh-Durham, NC). Kevin currently resides in Indianapolis, IN.
