INROADS is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to developing and placing talented but underserved youth in business and industry, and preparing them for decades of corporate and community leadership. This board position enables INROADS to leverage Khan’s talents and experience to help create more opportunities to develop and advance the next generation of diverse leaders.

Khan joined UnitedHealthcare in 2017. She has more than 20 years of creating consumer-facing solutions in retail and has worked for some of the most prominent companies in the country, including Target, Macy’s and Best Buy, as well as UnitedHealthcare. She has also played an active role in driving diversity and inclusion, particularly around corporate culture, skill development and career advancement. She is a native of Minneapolis, Minn., and a graduate of Tufts University in Medford, Mass.
Khan will serve on the INROADS national board of directors for a three-year term, working with the board to advance the organization’s mission to support and develop talented youth across the nation.
