Connection and Community: How to Build Your INROADS Network in a Virtual Environment

The Alumni-Intern Engagement Series is designed to foster strong relationships between INROADS alumni and interns.  Each month, there will be a new topic.

While the need for connection with our respective communities (social, familial, workplace, etc.) was heightened during COVID-19, many corporate environments continue to use virtual platforms to maintain those connections and keep the corporate wheels turning. This presents an opportunity to examine how you can continue to build your network despite being in different cities and/or limited opportunities for face-to-face interactions. It can be done, and we’ll discuss how it’s done effectively.
