Let’s Talk About Mental Health (Mental Health Awareness Month)

The Alumni-Intern Engagement Series is designed to foster strong relationships between INROADS alumni and interns.  Each month, there will be a new topic. 

Every year during the month of May, the nation amplifies the need for mental health resources and the importance of honoring and supporting our own mental health needs. Whether you’re feeling great or struggling, we’ll provide a safe space to discuss how to recognize the signs of mental health struggles of your own or among those closest to you. Most importantly, we’ll discuss removing the stigma around seeking help and where to go.
