Essay Questions
- Leadership: Discuss a leadership experience you have had in any area of your life: school, work, athletics, family, church, community, etc. How and why did you become a leader in this area? How did this experience influence your goals?
- Opportunity: How do your leadership experiences help you stand out from other students? How will they differentiate you when seeking college or career opportunities in the future?
- Diversity: Our corporate boardrooms need to reflect the diversity of the country we live in. Diversity in the boardroom is important, but it is still rare. In your own words, tell us why diversity is so important and a strategic advantage in the workplace. How will your culture and heritage position you to add value at your future workplace?
