The 100 Black Men of America, Inc. is recognized as the nation's top African American-led mentoring organization. Through the expansion, they’ve created 100 Black Men Chapters that deliver unique programs that address specific needs in local communities. Through 57 years of testing, they’ve created the 100’s Successful Model, a proven blueprint for mentoring and developing young people into future leaders, by surrounding themselves with a positive network and giving them the opportunity that they may not have thought was possible.


As we are living in these transitional and turbulent times there is a great need to remain responsive and nimble in addressing the sudden changes that come with life. This challenge of 100 Million Steps For Justice was birthed in response to the egregious and heinous acts of injustice against people of color that we have been witnessing for decades and especially in recent days.

BIG (Blacks in Government) is an organization made up of advocates of equal opportunity and professional development for Black Government employees at the Local, State and Federal government levels and others dedicated to justice for all. Their mission is to enable all present and future Black Employees in Local, State and Federal governments to have the ability to maximize their career opportunities and provide a mechanism for inclusion, growth and advocacy.


Founded September 19, 1865, as Atlanta University, Clark Atlanta University is a private Methodist, historically Black research university in Atlanta, Georgia. The Cristo Rey Network® is the only network of high schools in the country that integrate four years of rigorous college preparatory academics with four years of professional work experience through the Corporate Work Study Program. Diversity & Inclusion Television (DITV) is a dynamic, web-based media platform that puts diversity and inclusion to work.  Accessible 24/7, DITV’s innovative programming examines the impact of current D&I news events on workplaces, featuring best practices and enhancing skill sets that contribute to sustained culture change and bottom line business results.


Diversity in Action
is a print/digital magazine and website that reaches STEM professionals and students who are women, African American, Hispanic, Asian and Native American; veterans and active military; people with disabilities; members of the LGBT community, or members of other diversity groups.


DiversityInc is the leading source of information on diversity management. We are a consultancy and we publish two websites, www.DiversityInc.com and www.DiversityIncBestPractices.com, as well as a magazine, published five times a year. We also produce events, which average more than 600 attendees from 200 companies and have featured more than 20 CEOs of major corporations.

The Executive Leadership Council (ELC) is the preeminent membership organization committed to increasing the number of global black executives in C-Suites, on corporate boards and in global enterprises.

ITSMF increases the representation of black professionals at senior levels in technology to impact organizational innovation and growth. They do this by developing and nurturing these dynamic leaders through enrichment of the mind, body and soul.

Jack & Jill of America boasts 247 chapters nationwide, representing more than 40,000 family members. Each chapter plans annual programming activities guided under a general five-point programmatic thrust: cultural awareness, educational development, health (education and advocacy), civic (legislative advocacy and service) and social/recreational areas. Through service projects, Jack and Jill of America creates a medium of contact for children to stimulate their growth and development. Through lobbying, educational programming, dissemination of education materials, and the organization of community and charitable events, Jack and Jill has promoted the public awareness and interests of children including child development, child growth, child quality of life, child care and the promotion of children’s rights. Kanarys is a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) focused SaaS platform that gives companies clear metrics to diagnose, prioritize, and optimize DEI efforts. Kanarys is building the bridge between employees and employers where concerns are addressed without the fear of retaliation.

Karat is the world’s largest interviewing company, pioneering the Interviewing Cloud to solve the multi-decade global shortage of black software engineers. Karat launched Brilliant Black Minds to close the Interview Access Gap that disproportionately impacts Black software engineers and provide equitable access to interview practice.

LEADership Education and Development (LEAD) strives to address higher education access and career preparation by optimizing cross-sector collaborations and global partnerships that focus on identifying and nurturing high potential youth of diverse backgrounds by developing them into high achievers and responsible leaders.

Mentor Spaces is a virtual mentorship mobile app that connects early and mid-career Black professionals with mentors to maximize their career potential while simultaneously giving companies a more direct pathway to exceptional talent.

Established in 1956, the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) is the leading source of information on the employment of the college educated. The professional association connects college career services professionals and HR/staffing professionals focused on college relations and recruiting. The mission of NACE is to facilitate the employment of the college educated.

The National Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE) is a non-profit association of Black Healthcare Executives founded in 1968 for the purpose of promoting the advancement and development of Black Healthcare Leaders, elevating the quality of health care services rendered to minority and underserved communities. NAHSE is a professional non-profit organization of 1800 healthcare executives and clinicians who lead hospitals, healthcare systems and other healthcare organizations. NAHSE has established 29 chapters across the United States that provide access to networking, education and career development.

At Per Scholas, we believe a thriving workforce starts with equitable access to education. By providing skills training and access to employer networks to individuals often excluded from tech careers, Per Scholas envisions a technology workforce as diverse as the customers it serves. Over 11,000 graduates have launched successful careers in tech to date through our no-cost technical training.
