ST. LOUIS, MO — INROADS, Inc., a multi-cultural non-profit whose mission is leadership development, career preparation and creating opportunity for talented, underserved youth, recently announced its 2016 Top 10 Strategic Corporate Partners.

The Top 10 employed 49 percent of INROADS total interns and more than half (56 percent) of INROADS STEM majors.

In a recent survey conducted by international philanthropy and management consulting firm, ONE HUNDRED, 96 percent of INROADS alumni said INROADS had an impact on their career overall and on understanding how to behave in a corporate environment. Seventy-four percent think INROADS had an impact on promotions and advancement in their careers.

INROADS interns that convert upon graduation to full-time hires remain two to three years longer than interns hired via other internal or partner programs, and 79 percent of INROADS interns stay at the company they interned with after graduation, which is 15 percent higher than the average for external internship programs.
