INROADS’ Hot Prospects is a national database of business-ready college graduates. Although 74% of graduating INROADS interns receive offers from their sponsoring companies before they graduate, 26% percent do not. The reasons vary, from M&A activity to changes in leadership, budget, processes or organizational structure. INROADS Hot Prospects gives you access to these diverse, Day-1 ready candidates.

Andrea Johnson-Lee is the Midwest Regional Director of INROADS serving St. Louis, Kansas City, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Iowa and Omaha. Mrs. Johnson-Lee joined INROADS May 2016, after more than 20 years of extensive operations, planning and supervisory experience as an executive in the healthcare industry.
